Pre-K/Kindergarten Grad MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: The client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48hours's notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: The client will arrive 10 minutes early due to a short shooting window. The photographer is not responsible if the Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
